Estimation du bien faite à la grosse louche sans utilisation de matériel professionnel. (Laser, appareil photo, mètre...) S'attachent à des détails insignifiants. Ex: pour un bien de plus de 400.000 €, savoir si on laisse un four micro onde et la cuisinière !!!! L'estimation sera sans doute très différente ? Ils donnent quand même une envie.....celle d'aller voir ailleurs et qui confirme leur amateurisme. Work as an amateur, followed by random clients. J'ai visité un appartement avec cette agence, l'agent immobilier devait sans doute optimiser son temps, il à donc organisé deux visites d'appartements différents dans le même immeuble en même temps. Nous avons donc visité celui qui nous intéressait seuls. Pas possible de poser des questions ou d'avoir un conseil professionnel . Mais le pire reste à venir, l'agent immobilier à quitté les lieux en nous enfermant à double tour dans l'appartement, nous avons donc attendu sagement 30 minutes pour être enfin libérés. Malgré le coup de cœur pour le bien immobilier nous ne donnons pas suite à notre simulacre de visite. Procéder de la sorte est juste honteux. I confirm the previous post. Amateurism. L'expérience commence par un sérieux dossier documenté pour déterminer la valeur de mon bien, pour lequel j'ai donné mon avis, qui a été suivi. S'ensuit un 2ème dossier descriptif et agrémenté d'excellentes photos pour faire connaître le bien aux acheteurs éventuels ainsi que sa diffusion. Enfin, organisation des visites aux acheteurs réellement intéressés (je suppose un tri sur base de l' expérience de l'agence) Deux personnes de GO INVEST se sont relayées et ont travaillé encore bien au delà des heures "normales" avec comme résultat la vente le même jour de ma maison, à ma satisfaction et celle de l'acheteur. Tout s'est passé VITE et BIEN. Dommage que quand c'est le cas, les personnes concernées ne prennent pas la peine de le communiquer. House sold in a day at the fair market price.
