 New AH . access roads are not finished yet. (19/06) Shop smaller than AH-Wemmel. Very friendly staff and helpful.

à leur centrale. Difficulté pour trouver comment les contacter. Ne répond pas au téléphone. Donne l'adresse mail trop vite pour comprendre parfaitement et sans épeler.
Service déplorable. Scandaleux
Parcel lost after 2 weeks blocked
at their central. Difficulty finding how to contact them. Don't answer the phone. Give the email address too quickly to understand perfectly and without spelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I haven't had such a positive experience with any other freight transporter. There was only one issue: the Shop (Bax Shop) had not sent a Tracking number. However, by giving a ring to Bax Shop and then GLS I was able to coordinate perfectly the time when the packet was supposed to arrived.
Conecrning GLS service: it was superb. The Employee helped my to put the piano in my appartment, and managed to not damage any car whil doing the most complex manoeuvre possible with a truck. It was really impressive.
This Employee should be promoted and awarded because he gave me a very strong and positive image of GLS , congrats and keep up the good work !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lost my parcel an cannot trace it once it hits GLS. Mail is small stuff and is contracted out. Mainly for industrial or bulk items.
