★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tracking nr 33376253110. package is apparently stuck in this center for more than two weeks now. No delivery, no information, no contact, three reminders by sender, no reaction. A ghost center for sure. Who needs customer service anyway. This is no goodbye but farewell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're home, they don't ring the bell and then put a note that we're absent. Sometimes they don't even leave a note. I have to follow the track and trace page to be updated. With GLS I always have to go collect my package myself.

They dont care or are incapable. Waiting since 6 weaks for a drying rack. Ordered in the meanwhile another one from different place, arrived within 3 days.
