★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kon mijn besteld glas (dat al voor de helft betaald was) pas na 3 maanden ophalen. Daarvoor duurde het dan ook nog eens 2 maanden eer ze het konden maken. Ik heb dit beleefd laten weten via telefoon. Wanneer ik het ophaal, is men onvriendelijk en word ik op de vingers getikt. Een klant minder. Jammer.
I could only pick up my ordered glass (which had already been half paid) after 3 months. It took another 2 months before they could make it. I politely let you know over the phone. When I pick it up, people are unfriendly and I'm being reprimanded. One less customer. Too bad.
