H	Holyman of Kaa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cachée à l'angle d'un bâtiment industriel d'un autre âge se cache un showroom pas très grand, mais plutôt bien foutu et une partie outlet avec des carreaux de stock à prix abordable : le choix n'est pas énorme, mais la sélection est plus que convenable pour qui recherche du carrelage immédiatement disponible. 60x60 rectifié à 25€/m2, pas mal de choix en imitation parquet, personnel sympathique et accueillant, mais bien vérifier la note finale, parce qu'il a fallu que j'y retourne pour corriger une facture dont le montant était erronée. Leur système informatique n'est pas à la hauteur, mais celui qui sait ce qu'il veut trouvera ici un fournisseur sérieux. L	Lex Vermeulen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas zoals zoveel zaken op deze baan wordt er ook hier weer geen woord nederlands gesproken, ze hebben wel een mooi aanbod van tegels maar veel te duur indien je gaat vergelijken bij andere tegelshops. Zeker geen aanrader tenzij prijs, tijd en taal u geen hol interesseren. Unfortunately, like so many things on this course, there is not a word of Dutch spoken here either, they do have a nice range of tiles, but they are far too expensive if you compare with other tile shops. Definitely not recommended unless price, time and language don't interest you.
S	Sidney De Rouck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achter de afschuwelijke ingang waar iedereen al uren op staan zien heeft, stilstaand vanuit de file aan het rode licht onder de brug, schuilt achter de deuren een zeer mooie showroom met een enorm assortiment aan van alle soorten tegels, zoveel keuze dat men niet meer weet wat kiezen. Terwijl je aan het zoeken bent komen ze je vragen of ze je kunnen helpen met iets. Perfect Nederlands en waarschijnlijk Frans ook. De wc zelf is ook een showroom. Zeker eens langskomen voor ideeën op te doen. Nog niets gekocht. Veel roet op de tegels in atelier. Wat vermoedelijk wijst op gebouw niet luchtdicht of verkeerde filters in de luchtgroep. De prijzen lijken niet overdreven. Behind the horrible entrance that everyone has seen for hours, standing still from the traffic jam at the red light under the bridge, behind the doors is a very nice showroom with a huge assortment of all types of tiles, so much choice that people do not remember what to choose. While you are looking, they come and ask you if they can help you with something. Perfectly Dutch and probably French too. The toilet itself is also a showroom. Be sure to stop by for ideas. Haven't bought anything yet. Lots of soot on the tiles in the studio. Which probably indicates the building is not airtight or incorrect filters in the air group. The prices don't seem excessive.

G	George Daniel Kock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered tiles that got delivered 2 weeks later from Italy. The delivery time was explained so the 2 weeks was expected. Once the tiles arrived there where 3 meter square out of 20 that was completely the wrong color, different tile in the same range. I brought this back to the store and they explain that they are not responsible for the wrong tiles being delivered, blaming the supplier, and explained they don't even check the pallets that arrive. This concerned me since I expect them to verify that they are receiving what was ordered. They said they will call me back the first next business day. I did not get a call and when I called them the person who was helping me originally was off. They said they would call back the same day but did not. I went to the shop the next day and they said the tiles are available and will be delivered the same week at which point they would call me. They did not call, I called on the Friday and they said there is no stock and it will take another week. In the meantime the people placing the tiles finished and I now need to get a new contractor to place the remaining tiles provided that the replacement tiles ever arrive. The tiles where 46€ per square meter so it's not cheap. If everything goes well I think this place is good enough but as soon as you need to rely on their service if something goes wrong it turns into a disgrace and a series of promises that get broken time after time.
