Het was dus een beschadigde fles. Na talloze telefoontjes ( met een zekere Gilles) waarin hij o.a. zei dat het 'maar een lek was' en 'niet zo flauw doen mevrouw' kreeg ik een mail waarin stond dat ik geen recht had op een nieuwe fles want ze hadden er geen meer in stock, noch terugbetaling. Nochtans heeft de koper recht op 14 dagen herroeping van aankoop. Pas als we in de winkel stonden, kregen we excuses en de terugbetaling. Het straffe is ook dat de fles uitverkocht was maar na het binnenbrengen in de winkel terug 1 te koop staat. Dus diegene die 5th GIN BLACK AIR wenst aan te kopen, het is de LEKKENDE fles!! Ginplaza does not deserve a star! They are CHEATERS pur sang! After I ordered 5th GIN BLACK AIR online, the bottle turned out to be leaking at the seal. So it was a damaged bottle. After countless phone calls (with a certain Gilles) in which he said, among other things, that it was 'just a leak' and 'don't be stupid madam' I received an email stating that I was not entitled to a new bottle because they had no more. in stock, nor refund. However, the buyer is entitled to 14 days of revocation of purchase. Only when we were in the store did we receive an apology and the refund. The penalty is also that the bottle was sold out, but after bringing it into the store, 1 is for sale again. So whoever wants to buy 5th GIN BLACK AIR, it's the LEAKING bottle!!
