★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kocht een Longines uurwerk (950 €) op woensdag.
Daags nadien functioneerde het al niet meer.
Reden : nieuw uurwerk verkocht met een platte batterij !
Op donderdag is de uurwerkmaker niet aanwezig en kon de batterij niet vervangen worden.
Dus vrijdag toen iemand naar het uurwerkje vroeg,kon ik het tonen maar het werkte niet.
Slechte service !!!
I bought a Longines timepiece (950 €) on Wednesday.
The next day it stopped working.
Reason: new timepiece sold with a flat battery!
On Thursday, the watchmaker is not present and the battery could not be replaced.
So Friday when someone asked about the timepiece, I was able to show it but it didn't work.
Bad service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've offered me a IWC with a 25% discount and they've told me it wa new, never worn. I've purchased it on-line and when I've received it I've found there were a couple of scratches and the strap was ruined. Just 2 words: No more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a beautiful gold necklace, but it happened that my cat managed to break it. I thought it would not be able to be fixed, because it was handmade. Here the jeweler managed to fix it and even added a few ornaments that covered the traces of repair. I am very pleased.

I've brought my numerated collection watch to change the battery, few days later the watch doesn't work any more: they've broken it!! I returned, they didn't open the watch, no commercial offer nor any excuse, I just had to leave!!
