One-man taxi company with a friendly owner who arrives on time, is not expensive and can deliver a VAT receipt. With some others the device is "accidentally" broken or the paper roll is gone, well ...

They did their best to get me a taxi, despite the crowds and actually not possible, unlike several other taxi companies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man, whom I feel pity for, that picked up was rude on a different level. He hung up on the customer mid conversation. Not an ounce of empathy for someone in dire need of a taxi in the middle of the night coming from an emergency admission at the hospital. If you hate your job, just say that. Fortunately the hospital was able to call V-tax, which offered a service how it should be and tipped them accordingly.
