Male sales person seemed to go out of their way to cause issues and ruin the experience and causing me to leave the store without any shoes and not wanting to buy anymore geox even though I already own 5 pairs. Merry Christmas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this pair of shoes for my little one, it was boxed. But when we arrived hotel, found out only one shoe inside the shoebox.
I wrote email to the email listed on the receipt told them about the situation, Carlos responded.
He told me that he can deliver it to me in Brussels, but we had left Brussels to Brugg already.
Carlos drove 2 hours from Brussels to Brugg just to deliver the missing shoe. If I could give him 100 stars, I will. I wanted to give him tip, but he refused to accept.
