★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible place to avoid at all costs. If you stand in line for a cone, they only have one server scooping, and all the seated patrons jump the cue (you need to reserve to sit): we waited for over 20 minutes(and would have left had it not been for the kids). By the end I was so disheartened by the whole ridiculous situation that I couldn’t eat any of the ice cream. When paying for the kids cones, I politely mentioned to the owner that he should reconsider his arrangement or simply seat everyone and avoid cue jumping, he immediately became aggressive, and said he was the boss so nothing was ever going to change because people come regardless of how poorly it works (doesn’t). I would highly recommend people stop coming then. I also mentioned that we certainly would not be back, and left. What a horrible experience, and I feel so sorry for the poor, solitary server who was trying to deal with that much demand on a 28.5 degree day. If the boss is as much a boss as he says he is, he certainly has much left to learn in both staff planning and customer service. Horrible, horrible little man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The icecream served here is the worst I've ever had, especially considering the price, which is absolutely crazy high. More often than not, the bill is inflated and you end up paying more than 30 euro for 4 balls of icecream. Stay away from this place.

Atmosphere is cozy and there's a very nice garden.
Down side is, not many options for alternative diets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time here was very pleasant. The place was bright and spacious. I ordered a banana split while my spouse ordered two scoops, all of which was delicious. The staff were very friendly. They spoke broken English, but well enough for a smooth transaction.
