The board and the managers are accessible, and help us with pleasure. The general atmosphere is also great, with outings, incentives, etc., which enliven our days throughout the (4-day) week. After more than 3 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Gentis is a great example to follow. They train consultants exceptionally well with training and coaching from Nadia, and they prepare us for the world of business and recruitment.
Frankly, a company that implements in the month advice given by its team, and where the board, comes to eat at the restaurant in its employees, it is just exceptional.
