Dit bedrijf heeft op geen enkele manier bijgedragen tot enige oplossing van een probleem dat door henzelf werd veroorzaakt. En ... oh ja: als eigen personeel moet ingezet worden om vijfsterrenrecensies te schrijven, dan weet je het wel. Niet doen... dit bedrijf.
A good company can be recognized by the way in which problems are solved. This company has in no way contributed to any solution of a problem caused by themselves. And ... oh yes: if your own staff has to be used to write five star reviews, then you know. Don't ... this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor de uitbreiding van onze woning in houtskelet hebben wij beroep gedaan op Domus Wood. De verbouwing van het dak was vrij complex maar is deskundig uitgevoerd. Wij zijn tevreden van het eindresultaat!
We have called on Domus Wood for the extension of our house in timber frame. The renovation of the roof was quite complex but was carried out expertly. We are satisfied with the end result!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This firm should be avoided at all costs! This firm completed incomplete works and refused to rectify the problem. The owner of the firm has refused to reach a settlement and has been unresponsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently in dispute with this contractor for incomplete works and for not showing proof of their license or authorisation to remove dry rot. I have good reason to believe this company claims to remove dry rot but they do not have the competency or authority to do so. Hence, any customer that uses this contractor for dry rot removal (should be eligible for a full refund according to Belgian law) since this company does not have proof of competency for this specific works.
I have given multiple opportunities for the director of Genisol to correspond to my requests for reaching an amicable solution but no response has been given. Whilst this case is ongoing, I cannot recommend this contractor to any customer.
Please note the owner has refused to cooperate and the case is currently escalated with the relevant authorities.
