★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nooit open langer dan de middag enkel op donderdag tot 16h en wanneer je belt zijn ze gesloten zogezegd. Onmogelijk dus voor een normale werkende mens om is tot op de gemeente te geraken
Never open longer than noon only on Thursday until 4 pm and when you call they are closed, so to speak. It is therefore impossible for a normal working person to get to the church

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai été très mal reçue car je ne parle pas très bien le néerlandais et eu du mal à comprendre ce qu’on me disait, sa a fait rire le personnel et on m’a parler comme un en enfant ! Je suis très en colère de cette expérience.
I was very badly received because I don't speak Dutch very well and had a hard time understanding what I was being told, it made the staff laugh and I was spoken to like a child! I am very angry with this experience.

Since corona only by appointment and until 12 h. Friendly staff but very limited opening times now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, don’t try to be an expat living in Beersel, this is the message sent by 70% of the people working in this commune. First of all they are not knowledgeable about the different process for non Belgium nationals, which could be okay, if they could at least try to know / understand/ research. Instead the answer is always they cannot d or it is not possible or this is not the right place, etc. So you as a expat, go back and forth trying to understand the process until the last detail to finally be sure what you where doing in first place was right! It is just madness ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how complicated it is to help an expat out in English. They refuse to speak English this is madness. Some of the staff are so unfriendly and absolutely not helping if you can't speak Flemish. Even in the deepest parts of Germany they try to help you in English. Very sad.
