Voor een kookworkshop of kookles enkele opmerkingen: grootkeuken betekent ook grote pannen, de kleinste is 7 liter! En alles moet van te voren aangevraagd worden, niet aangevraagd betekent niet aanwezig. Voor bakken niet geschikt, er zijn geen ovenplaten of roosters beschikbaar, alleen bakken die direct in de oven gaan.
En er zijn geen stoelen of tafels in de keuken om te eten, dus het is aan te raden om een extra zaaltje te reserveren.

For a cooking workshop or cooking class some remarks: large kitchen also means large pans, the smallest is 7 liters! And everything must be requested in advance, not requested means not present.
