★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First my washing machine gave problems but Gefixt arrived promptly at my house to assess the problem. They also repaired my machine swiftly, replacing the necessary parts.
A while later my tumble dryer packed up and again I called on Gefixt. They replaced my dryer within a week and fitted it without any problems.
All in all an excellent service was provided with friendly and helpful staff.

Made an appointment very smoothly, was very professional and fixed the problem in no time at all. Only wish the prices were adjusted based on the magnitude of the problem as the fixed visiting fee is quite high. Overall very happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really exceptional service, Koen came to repair our Washing machine and when we saw that it would be too expensive to fix he offered to sell us a new one and install it then and there. The whole process was extremely quick and easy (the entire process took less than 1 hour) I was worried about how complicated the washing machine would be to replace but thanks to Koen all of those issues were solved in a very short time. He even took our old washing machine away. I would absolutely recommend this company! Great service, very professional and quick.
