★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma famille est Cliente depuis plus de 20 ans pour petit matériaux mais il y a deux ans j’ai acheter un filtre à sable à 300€, 3 mois après les tuyaux (même pas 1 mm d’épaisseur pour 4 psi ?????) ce sont déchirer de quelque millimètre à plusieurs endroit lorsque j’ai expliquer ce problème on m’a dit qu’il était pas possible de ravoir les tuyaux alors que la pompe était tjrs garantie maintenant je vient de réessayer la pompe (3eme année la pompe est inutilisable le moteur a fini par griller du l’appel d’air continu alors qu’elle n’a tourner que 3 mois en 3 ans jamais plus je ne n’achèterai dans ce magasin de tel article service après vente 0 il n’ont même pas chercher plus loin à chaque fois on m’a dit on vas ce renseignez et jamais de nouvelle 300€ pour une pompe piscine qui ne tiens pas 3 mois et dont la garantie ne peux être suivie c’est honteux
My family is a customer for more than 20 years for small materials but two years ago I bought a sand filter at 300 €, 3 months after the pipes (not even 1 mm thick for 4 psi ???? ?) These are tearing a few millimeters in several places when I explain this problem I was told that it was not possible to get the pipes back while the pump was still guaranteed now I just tried the pump again (3rd year the pump is unusable the engine has finally burned from the continuous air call while it has only run 3 months in 3 years I will never buy in this store any such item service after sale 0 it do not even look farther each time I was told we go this information and never new 300 € for a pool pump that does not fit 3 months and whose warranty can not be followed is shameful
