Tout a été fait pour que je sois satisfait, et le service après-vente a été à la hauteur bien que certains problèmes rencontrés pouvaient ne pas totalement rentrés dans les motifs de prise en charge sous garantie. On a toujours pu trouver à s'arranger. Ce n'est malheureusement pas toujours le cas partout. Désormais la voiture roule parfaitement ! Un grand merci pour ce professionnalisme. I bought a used vehicle from this garage in February 2020, and the vehicle encountered some pretty expensive issues. Everything was done to ensure that I was satisfied, and the after-sales service was up to par, although some of the problems encountered may not fully fall within the grounds for warranty coverage. We have always been able to find something to be done. This is unfortunately not always the case everywhere. Now the car drives perfectly! A big thank you for this professionalism.

Misschien een wilde gok, maar we hebben het ons zeker niet beklaagd: prima karretje! Tijdens de garantieperiode onmiddellijk en zonder enige discussie geholpen geweest. Zeer vriendelijk en correct. Ook de dame aan de receptie was zeer hulpvaardig! Extra: tijdens de garantieperiode steeds geholpen geweest. Het woord van Sebastien (baas van de firma) is evenveel waard als wat op papier wordt vastgelegd. Without knowing the company, we bought a second-hand Citroën Saxo (with low mileage) for my elderly father. Perhaps a wild guess, but we certainly have not complained: great cart! Helped immediately and without any discussion during the warranty period. Very friendly and correct. The lady at the reception was also very helpful! Extra: have always been helped during the warranty period. The word of Sebastien (boss of the firm) is worth as much as what is recorded on paper.
