 Wrong parking in 4 places at the same time while there are enough regulatory places in the immediate vicinity and then also act arrogant about it. Well...if the service is correspondingly...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Top! Vriendelijk correct en eerlijke depannage. Bereidwilligheid tot reparatie ter plaatse. Echter niet verantwoord om zo te rijden. Op zondagmiddag 13.30u getakeld in ODK, om 14.45 reeds een (splinternieuwe) vervangwagen. Op maandagochtend stond onze wagen in Erpe vóór openingsuur aan onze garage. Hoeveel meer service mag je verwachten.
Service Top! Friendly correct and honest service. Willingness to repair on site. However, not responsible to drive like that. Towed in ODK on Sunday afternoon at 1.30 pm, already a (brand new) replacement car at 2.45 pm. On Monday morning our car was at our garage in Erpe before opening time. How much more service can you expect.

Wat een droomscenario leek te zijn na depannage en me thuis af te zetten leek nachtmerrie van 2 weken.
Koppeling(drukgroep) stuk en uiteindelijk was alles stuk gevolg 1414 euro .
Na de werken :Slecht gemaakt ,starter maakt lawaai...velg stuk en USB stick verdwenen .
Heel slechte communicatie over alle extra kosten!! Bad karma
Had a very bad experience with these people.
What appeared to be a dream scenario after breakdown and dropping me off at home seemed like a 2 week nightmare.
Clutch (pressure group) broken and in the end everything was broken, resulting in 1414 euros.
After the works: Badly made, starter makes noise... rim broken and USB stick disappeared.
Very bad communication about all extra costs!! bad karma

I was stranded on the highway in Belgium with a flat tyre.
they helped my with a new tyre so i can move on to my destination.
And this on a sunday night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for the help! Recovered at night with a leak in the cooling system. They bring me to the hotel and around 14h the day after I was back on the road to go on holliday! Thanks for saving the vacation from me, my wife and my 2 kids!! Happy holliday's!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitted new tyre without removing dirt from the wheel. I was back on the road for a few kilometres before the tyre started losing pressure due to the complete ignorance of a basic rule to clean the wheel. I would not trust this garage with my car again.
