J'avais prévenu plus tot mais pourtant aucun geste commercial ou de remboursement. J'ai la facture pour le meme travail 2h plus tard chez Ford a Neufchateau et ca fonctionne...
I paid for an air conditioning refill which did not work afterwards. To do it again somewhere else where they told me that they had put too much pressure on the Aliénau. I had warned earlier but yet no commercial gesture or refund. I have the invoice for the same job 2 hours later at Ford in Neufchateau and it works ...

Je déconseille très fortement ce garage en conseillant ceux aux alentours qui ont été très aidants. Nous étions à deux doigts d'appeler la police...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En panne d'alternareur a minuit en revenant de l'aéroport nous avons galéré à nous garer devant ce garage. Nous y sommes retournés à la première heure espérant qu'ils puissent nous aider. La secrétaire s'est montrée désagréable nous disant que la voiture pourrait être réparée dans 5 jours alors que nous habitons à 200km. Aucune sympathie ou de signe de désolation. Bref c'est pas vraiment un garage qui prend en considération vos difficultés et qui se montre arrangeant.
When the alternator failed at midnight on our way back from the airport, we had to park in front of this garage. We went back early in the morning hoping they could help us. The secretary was unpleasant telling us that the car could be repaired in 5 days when we live 200km away. No sympathy or sign of desolation. In short, it's not really a garage that takes your difficulties into consideration and is accommodating.
