J	Jean François Rahier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai constaté un bruit assez inquiétant à mon camion Nissan Une recherche Google m'a renseigner ce garage que j'ai donc appelé pour voir si on pouvait jeter un coup d'oeil et surtout savoir si il y avait un quelconque danger car n'étant que de passage dans la région, je devais encore parcourir 200 kms pour rentrer chez moi Il m'a été gentiment dit de venir le montrer. Je ne suis pas client chez eux, et n'y retournerai sans doute jamais puisque je ne suis pas de la région, et néanmoins j'ai été accueilli très gentiment. On a immédiatement pris en charge mon véhicule, 3 personnes pendant près d'une heure. Le problème a été identifié et ne présentant aucun risque (boulons de support de caisse) Même après avoir identifié le souci, ils ont néanmoins vérifié les calages de roues, les rotules, les moyeux, tout ce qui aurait pu mettre la sécurité en jeu. Je n'ai JAMAIS vu un service comme ça de ma vie ! Et au moment de payer, on me répond, "c'est bon, Monsieur, allez-y, on n'a rien fait" !!! J'ai bien évidemment laissé une petite dringuelle, et j'ai presque du insister ! MERCI INFINIMENT au Garage Bouckaert pour votre professionnalisme, votre sérieux et votre accueil I noticed a fairly disturbing noise from my Nissan truck A Google search informed me of this garage that I called to see if we could take a look and especially to know if there was any danger because being only passing through the region, I still had to travel 200 kms to get home I was kindly told to come and show it. I am not a customer with them, and will probably never return there since I am not from the region, and nevertheless I was greeted very nicely. My vehicle, 3 people, was immediately taken care of for almost an hour. The problem was identified and not presenting any risk (body support bolts) Even after identifying the problem, they still checked the wheel chocks, ball joints, hubs, anything that could have put safety at stake. I have NEVER seen a service like this in my life! And when it comes time to pay, I am told, "It's good, sir, go ahead, we haven't done anything" !!! I obviously left a little dringual, and I almost had to insist! MANY THANKS to Garage Bouckaert for your professionalism, your seriousness and your welcome
