★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reviewed stock online and saw that only a few items were in stock. I gave them a call to ask if I can reserve 1 item. The rude person on the phone said I cannot reserve and gave me no alternative. I took my business elsewhere. I was helped immediately and reserving one item was not an issue.
This is very bad business from GAMMA Wilrijk! Just awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly decent selection and ok prices. 4 stars for store itself.
However, I was advised over the phone that there was stock in the store that was not actually there.
Staff were friendly and helpful but didn't always know the correct isle, which meant I had to ask several people before I found the correct location for some items. It's a big store so I appreciate staff can't know everything, but I also don't like having my time wasted.
Solid DIY store, but not great at anything.
