★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and great games. Had a switch lite with joycon drift and they were just like "yeah it happens, here's a new one". Should have transferred my save files to an SD card first though. 30 hours of zelda I now "have" to play again haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here used to be really bad, with such an unfriendly staff and manager (in particular one female staff member I used to avoid like the plague because there ALWAYS was some issue when dealing with her). I really don't understand how this shop kept attracting customers back in the day (I assume the lack of competition had a lot to do with it)
It seems the staff has improved in the last few years, but honestly I rather still go somewhere else whenever possible.
