★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que de produits d’excellente qualité! Je recommande tout spécialement les gambas grillés sur la plancha et les coquilles St Jacques juste saisies sur la plancha avec un petit beurre blanc (recette Jean-Yves Guého 1*).....une tuerie!!!!!
So many excellent quality products! I especially recommend the prawns grilled on the plancha and the scallops just seared on the plancha with a little white butter (recipe Jean-Yves Guého 1 *) ..... a killing !!!!!
