It's really rare that employers are so respectful, honest and caring towards foreign seasonal workers. As me, as friends of mine have bad experiences in such a jobs, but Wouters make their company a welcoming and friendly place, where you don't have to worry about nor working, neither living conditions. I'm saying this because I find it very important to support companies based on fair functioning.
Also, the quality of fruits they produce is high, and it's growed, picked and sorted carefully.
