★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really rude staff, put a shirt back apparently on the wrong side of the rack and was told off in a really unpleasant way in angry french in front of all the other costumers. I work in a store myself and whould never ever treat a costumer like that. I felt really uncomfertable and left the store right away. Will defintly never come back. It is not Cool to yell at you're costumer for making a small mistake, I don't work in that store and could not possibly remember where everything is supposed to go. Never experienced anything like this in any store, so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed opinion - it's quite nice but the staff aren't very friendly, also I wonder whether the clothes are second-hand... sometime you can find the same article 5 times in different sizes... and that article will be of poor quality, made in China most likely... but otherwise there are some nice things too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit more pricey than other stores but the items they have are all in great condition. They had some amazing winter leather coats for a great price that looked barely worn. Will visit again next time I’m in Brussels and have more than just a carry-on.
