The staff are far from competent and professional! Reception, Customer service and advice, non-existent! 3 sellers in great discussion for 2 lonely customers with their hesitation in front of the walls of self-service sneakers ... !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma fille ne sais pas sortir de chez eux sans faire un achat je recommande plus le magasin pour les jeunes branchés il y a pas mal de choix dommage qu'il n'y a pas plus d'enseigne en Belgique mais le déplacement sera toujours fait avec plaisir parce-que nous sortons de là-bas avec pleins d'articles ici aussi le personnel est sympathique très branché ils veulent vous aider si du moins vous en avez besoin résultat il faut y aller vous ne serez pas déçu par votre visite les prix dans la moyenne la qualité y est aussi
My daughter does not know how to leave their home without making a purchase I recommend the store for trendy young people more, there is a lot of choice too bad there is no more brand in Belgium but the trip will always be made with pleasure because we come out of there with lots of articles here too the staff are friendly very connected they want to help you if at least you need it result you have to go you will not be disappointed by your visit the prices in the average the quality is also there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comme toujours jamais de pointure en 45.5 ... Il faut passer par nike et donc nous les grands n'avons jamais de promo... dommage pour un magasins aussi cher.
As always, never a size in 45.5 ... You have to go through nike and therefore we adults never have a promo ... too bad for such an expensive store.

Je suis client depuis des années. Le coin Hoops est devenu inexistant, des maillots de saison précédentes à des prix exorbitant et un manque de matos incroyable. Même un sac de sport on en trouve plus. (Enfin si, un sac Jordan X PSG, mais qui voudrait de ca sauf un footeux ou une fashion victim.)
Une seule paire de shoes de basket à ma taille sur je ne sais combien, plus de chaussettes de basket convenable sauf celles que personne ne veut. Seulement un seul modèle de ballon. Même pas un maillot 2021-2022 ! C'est les 75 ans de la NBA et aucun articles.
On va me répondre, il y a une boutique en ligne, oui je sais, mais je suis du genre à toucher avant d'acheter et dans l'urgence, acheter en ligne ne sert absolument à rien.
Enfin voilà, je suis sorti avec le ballon mais sans ce qu'il me fallait vraiment et j'ai tout trouvé chez vos concurrents.
Je garde espoir, j'espère que vous ferez quelque chose pour les joueurs de basket comme vous le faisiez ci bien avant.
On discute entre joueurs et nous sommes tous du même avis.
Je précise, je parle bien du nouveau footlocker de la rue neuve à Bruxelles.
Huge disappointment.
I have been a customer for years. The Hoops corner has become non-existent, exorbitantly priced shirts from previous seasons and an incredible lack of gear. Even a sports bag we find more. (Well yes, a Jordan X PSG bag, but who would want that except a soccer player or a fashion victim.)
Only one pair of basketball shoes in my size on who knows how many, no more decent basketball socks except the ones no one wants. Only one balloon model. Not even a 2021-2022 jersey! It's 75 years of the NBA and no articles.
They will answer me, there is an online store, yes I know, but I am the type to touch before buying and in an emergency, buying online is absolutely useless.
Finally here, I went out with the ball but without what I really needed and I found everything from your competitors.
I keep hope, I hope you will do something for basketball players like you did before.
We discuss between players and we are all of the same opinion.
I specify, I speak well of the new footlocker of the new street in Brussels.
