β β β β β Dag van tevoren gereserveerd ivm urgentie. Gemeld dat echt heel belangrijk was op tijd te komen. Extra gevraagd of taxi's wel zouden rijden ivm slechte weer. Zou goedkomen. Maar er kwam niemand en werd ook niet afgemeld. Na bellen en toezegging dat iemand zou komen nog niet.... met alle gevolgen van dien, echt erg!!!! Boos en teleurgesteld centrale gebeld, werd gezegd; ja mevrouw slecht weer, ik moet nu verder en .... klik... opgehangen. Totaal geen empathie of excuus. Hebben geen idee hoe belangrijk op tijd komen is, komt gewoon helemaal niemand en bij centrale doen ze alsof het normaal is en verbreken verbinding..
 Reserved day in advance due to urgency. Reported that it was really important to arrive on time. Asked whether taxis would drive due to bad weather. Would be fine. But nobody came and was not signed out. After calling and promising that someone would come, not yet .... with all the consequences, really bad !!!! Angry and disappointed central called, it was said; yes madam bad weather, I have to continue now and .... click ... hang up. No empathy or excuse at all. Have no idea how important being on time is, just no one comes at all and at exchange they pretend it is normal and disconnect.

β β β β β Schandalig slechte service. Heb een uur en 3 kwartier moeten wachten op de aankomst van mijn taxi. De eerste belofte was een half uur , dan nog een kwartier , dan nog 10 minuten enz. Met al die leugens en valse beloften ben ik niet gediend. Ik ben verplicht een ster te geven maar vind dat nog te veel.
Outrageous bad service. I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for the arrival of my taxi. The first promise was half an hour, then another fifteen minutes, then another 10 minutes, etc. With all those lies and false promises, I am not served. I am obliged to give a star, but I still think that is too much.

β β β β β Totally I waited for an hour and they did not come. After 15 minutes a driver called me and told me to send him an address and I sent it. After 45 minutes I called the driver and he told me he will come in 15 minutes. At the end of the hour I could not reach the driver and called the first number and told them to not send anyone.

β β β β β A company I would NEVER use again. Called and booked for a specific time and then the taxi just didn't show up. Driver finally showed up 15 mins late after calling to ask where it was. Driver then proceeded to take us in the complete wrong direction to where we wanted to go. He was so clearly ripping us off by taking a very long route but he kept saying it was the only way he could go because of the roadworks. We knew this to be untrue, and when we questioned him he got all aggressive and threatened to call the police. We paid him double what we paid for the return journey when we returned home with Antwerp taxis later that night. Disgraceful.
