We were told how much we will approximately have to pay for a flower crown, but it ended up being twice as much. They did not bother to contact us to confirm the new price, instead the owner told us the flowers were more expensive than she thought on the day we came to pay. She was not understanding at all when we confronted her about it.

I found the store because of the good google review but my experience was horrifying. I went here to buy a flower crown. Then we asked how much would the crown be and she said it will be somewhere between 25-32 euros no more. We came back the day we were supposed to pick up the crown and the owner told me the crown is in the end 65 euros. She said the price of the flower has sky rocketed that day but the flower I chose was a very common flower (baby's-breath) that I saw in flower market for a huge bunch for 5-10 euros so made no sense but that's not even the only issue here. How can it be 65 euros when she told me it was no more than 32 euros??? So I asked her and she said 32 is only for half the crown but she never told me this. Nor she confirmed with me if I want full crown or half the crown. If she is not lying here than why would she not ask a customer such important question, then just make the most expensive version and surprise the customer with it? I told her that this is unexpected since the only thing I heard was 32 euros and all the explanation she is saying as missing and she said, 'so what do you want me to do?' and she continued to tell me that I'm the problem here. Classic gaslighting After this experience I think all the reviews here are total lies. If she runs business this way there's no way these reviews are real. Posting the picture of the crown so prove that I actually have been to the store
