Voor- en nadelen van bepaalde keuzes werden heel eerlijk besproken. Hierdoor was er direct vertrouwen om bij Tinne en Mark een zwembad te bestellen. Bij de voorbereidingen was voor hen geen moeite te veel om op onze vragen te antwoorden. Ook bij onvoorziene zaken dachten ze mee na naar de gepaste oplossingen. De plaatsing zelf gebeurt zeer professioneel en met oog voor detail. Ze bekijken het totaal plaatje! Ook nadien blijven ze steeds bereikbaar voor vragen. Voor ons was het een hele fijne samenwerking! When looking for a swimming pool for our garden, we came across Flow swimming pools. During the introductory meeting, we immediately received correct information. Advantages and disadvantages of certain choices were discussed very honestly. As a result, there was immediate confidence to order a swimming pool from Tinne and Mark. During the preparations, no effort was too much for them to answer our questions. They also thought about the appropriate solutions in the event of unforeseen matters. The installation itself is done very professionally and with an eye for detail. They look at the big picture! Even afterwards, they are always available for questions. It was a very nice collaboration for us!

Begin 2021 hebben we de knoop doorgehakt en gingen we ons oor te luister leggen bij enkele zwembadbouwers. De vlotte communicatie met Flow en het feit dat ze met je meedenken om het beste project voor je tuin af te leveren trok ons over de streep. We kozen ook bewust voor een ‘kuip-zwembad’ en met de PP-baden die Flow plaatst werd ook daar aan onze wensen voldaan. De plaatsing verliep vlot en ook toen werd er nog steeds met ons overleg gepleegd. Alles is mooi afgewerkt en we hebben in september (eigenlijk nog tot nu) nog heerlijk kunnen genieten van ons zwembad. We had been hesitating for a while to place a swimming pool in our garden. At the beginning of 2021 we made the decision and started listening to some pool builders. The smooth communication with Flow and the fact that they think along with you to deliver the best project for your garden convinced us. We also consciously opted for a 'tub pool' and with the PP baths that Flow installs, our wishes were also met there. The installation went smoothly and even then there was still consultation with us. Everything is beautifully finished and we were able to enjoy our swimming pool in September (actually until now).
