★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all understand that it's hard times but replying to your customers only after they started posting negative comments on your social media is really unprofessional. And what is even more unprofessional is your liars and deceitful ways of doing the business! Don't book with them if you wanna have a pleasant customer experience! They are saying that my ride wasn't actually cancelled even though I clearly saw that on their website when I accessed my booking after they had stolen my money! I really regret the day I came in contact with this horrible bus company!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assistant driver (on photo to the left) reacted very rudely to the fact that I took a photo of the bus. He threatened to call the police, said that the bus was his private property and it should not be photographed. I answered him that public transport, even if it is private, is allowed to be photographed in accordance with the law. He refused to introduce himself when I said that I would write a complaint against him. So, for such rude and angry persons there is no place in the public transportation service.
