★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opletten!!!!! Op 10 en 15 december 2021 per email uitdrukkelijk gevraagd om geen vernieuwing te doen in januari en account te cancelen want het product beantwoord niet aan mijn noden. Flexsoft heeft wel degelijk mijn vraag ontvangen. Gisteren heb ik vastgesteld dat het bedrag voor een jaar toch opnieuw is afgehaald. Mijn vraag voor onmiddellijke terugbetaling is geweigerd .... SCHANDALIG!
 NB!!!!! On December 10 and 15, 2021 explicitly asked by email not to renew in January and to cancel account because the product does not meet my needs. Flexsoft has indeed received my question. Yesterday I determined that the amount for a year has been withdrawn again. My request for an immediate refund has been denied.... DISGUSTING!
