Het verjaardagsboeket van mijn echtgenote werd pas op 18.00 uur geleverd, wat ik ontegensprekelijk te laat vind . Deze diende zeker in de voormiddag geleverd zodat mijn vrouw die dag van haar boeket kon genieten. Gelieve daar in het vervolg rekening mee te houden, ook voor andere verjaardagen Dank I am very dissatisfied with the order of my flower bouquet. My wife's birthday bouquet was not delivered until 6 pm, which I think is undeniably too late. This certainly had to be delivered in the morning so that my wife could enjoy her bouquet that day. Please take that into account in the future, also for other birthdays thanks

J'ai envoyé un mail pour savoir quoi, j'attends une reponse. Update: j'ai eu un dame charmante au téléphone qui a directement téléphoné au fleuriste pour s'assurer de la bonne livraison. Le fleuriste a juste oublié de m'envoyer la confirmation de livraison ?? I had asked for a delivery confirmation by email AND by sms to be certain and I did not receive anything. I don't know if the delivery was made. I sent an email to find out what, I'm waiting for an answer. Update: I had a lovely lady on the phone who phoned the florist directly to ensure proper delivery. The florist just forgot to send me the delivery confirmation ??
N	Nadia Craens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloemen komen niet aan. Bij contactname met Fleurop wordt er beweerd dat ze wel en juist geleverd zijn. Als we vragen door welke bloemenzaak, weigeren ze dit te zeggen. Ze blijven volhouden dat de levering correct is gebeurd. Er wordt dus eigenlijk beweerd dat wij, als klant, liegen. Via Facebook dan maar zelf uitgezocht waar de bloemen konden zijn. Zo heb ik ze gevonden. Ze waren dus wel degelijk fout geleverd. Dit is een zeer slechte service. Een fout kan gebeuren, maar dat blijven ontkennen kan echt niet. Nooit bestellen we hier nog en ik raad anderen aan dit ook niet te doen. Andere leveranciers genoeg. Flowers do not arrive. When contacting Fleurop, it is claimed that they have been and correctly delivered. When we ask which flower shop, they refuse to say so. They continue to insist that the delivery was done correctly. So it is actually claimed that we, as a customer, are lying. Via Facebook I found out myself where the flowers could be. That's how I found them. So they were definitely wrong. This is very bad service. A mistake can happen, but you really can't deny it. We will never order from here again and I advise others not to either. Plenty of other suppliers.

S	Sam Van Herzele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered flowers more than a week in advance for a birthday. Bouquet has not been delivered on the date of the birthday due to 'a technical defect'. No SMS, e-mail, telephone to report this technical defect and customer service not open after 5 pm, despite deliveries after 5 pm. Customer service only offers a voucher for 25% of the value with 3 months validity as compensation. So as compensation for missing a birthday, I now have to order another bouquet within 3 months and pay another 75%. I do not recommend anyone to use this service.
