Nachdem mein alter Garagentorantrieb seinen Geist aufgegeben hat, habe ich verzweifelt nach jemanden gesucht, der mir helfen kann. Nur ein Anruf bei Robert Fleck führte zu einer Problemlösung, die ich mir nach etlichen Absagen nicht mehr vorgestellt hätte. Nach unserem Telefonat erschien Robert Fleck noch am gleichen Tag. Der Motor wurde richtig dimensioniert die Zusatzteile wurden notiert und sogar mein Extrawunsch eines Funkcodetasters wurde aufgenommen. Noch am gleichen Abend wurde mir zugesagt, das alle Teile kurzfristig zu besorgen wären und die Monteure bereits am nächsten Tag montieren könnten. Als dann die Monteure kamen, war ich genau so überrascht über eine professionelle, saubere, freundliche und absolut korrekte Arbeitsweise. Jetzt weiß ich wie ein richtig montierter Garagentorantrieb ohne ruckeln funktioniert. Und der Preis für diese einmalige Expressleistung in der heutigen Zeit ist absolut korrekt. Only a call to Robert Fleck led to a solution to the problem, which I would not have imagined after numerous rejections. After our phone call, Robert Fleck showed up the same day. The engine was correctly dimensioned, the additional parts were noted and even my extra request for a radio code switch was included. That same evening I was promised that all the parts would be available at short notice and that the fitters could assemble the next day. When the fitters came, I was just as surprised by the professional, clean, friendly and absolutely correct way of working.
