Ne suit pas le dossier jusqu'au bout : dégât des eaux par le toit constaté par stagiaire + encombrants dans la maison + jardin en friche (visite légale avant actes le 14 juillet et non quelques jours après les inondations comme prétendu sur réponse google). Méfiez- vous car travesti la réalité ! Not reliable, especially if it's your first purchase and you need some advice. Does not follow the file to the end: water damage by the roof observed by the trainee + bulky items in the house + fallow garden (legal visit before acts on July 14 and not a few days after the floods as claimed on google response). Beware because the reality is disguised!
