Het onderzoek zelf is zeer vlot verlopen: eerst werd er op voorhand duidelijk gemaakt wat het onderzoek precies inhoudt en wat ik achteraf als resultaat zou mogen ontvangen. Zeer goede ervaring; ik raad het iedereen aan die een dieper inzicht wil krijgen in zijn conditie en mogelijke problemen, en iedereen die een specifiek trainingsadvies wil krijgen om veilig en tegelijk optimaal te trainen.
