Pour moi l’objectif est d’affiner ma silhouette et de gagner en tonicité. Je suis aussi très satisfaite car je gagne du temps grâce cette méthode innovante Ems la cession dure Max 30 minutes ! Pour mon partenaire il s’agit de dessiner sa musculature principalement pour le haut du corps et de pousser en cardio sans trop travailler les jambes. Les entraînements sont toujours variés et très motivant ! Le matériel est neuf et très complet vous pourrez trouver de tout allant du tapis de course au trampoline,boxe, TRX,...La salle privative est très propre et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire douche, boissons, essuies,... bref nous recommandons ! Whatever your goal Nerisa will do anything to help you reach it quickly. We participate in sales as a couple. For me the goal is to refine my figure and gain tone. I am also very satisfied because I save time thanks to this innovative method Ems the session lasts Max 30 minutes! For my partner it is about building their muscles mainly for the upper body and doing cardio pushes without overworking their legs. The workouts are always varied and very motivating! Elle m'a réconciliée (et c'était pas simple) avec le sport et m'apprend à avoir une alimentation saine... Sportif ou pas je vous la recommande vivement!!!
