The online group lessons are highly recommended also for non-mothers / pregnant women :) (I did Vinyasa Flow & Power Woman myself)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne ervaring met postnatale kine en begeleiding! Ook super dat er aanvullende lessen zijn voor mama’s die terug fit willen worden tot mama en bab y yoga, pilates,... bekijk zeker eens het aanbod!
Great experience with postnatal physiotherapy and guidance! It's also great that there are additional classes for mothers who want to get back in shape to mommy and baby yoga, pilates, ... be sure to check out the offer!
