β β β β β Food was ok, however the noisy drunk clientelle and the staff taking orders like a fish market destroyed the experience. Felt like McDonald's at club closing time.

β β β β β Food was very good, very tasty steak. One small problem my wife likes her steak bleu but hers was overcooked for her liking.
Good house wine.

β β β β β Terrible experience in this restaurant. Ordered a salad that was vegeterian. When it arrived it had bacon on it and when we asked to get a new one without the bacon the server came to argue with me about it, told me i was lying when i said the menu didnt mention the bacon and then still set the salad on the table and said " eat it, it is delicious" . She argued with us and never apologized for her terrible attitude. And the two other tables around us also had problems with this server . terrible service i dont recommend this place to anyone mostly if you are vegeterian or vegan.

β β β β β The food was great, but we waited an hour for our food, they said it was because it was a full house, but it was half empty! They didnβt even say sorry, our children couldnβt eat their food because it was too late, staff rude and arrogant.
One waiter was wearing a hoodie with weed all over it and the bar man had earphones in.
In summary, food was good, waiters arrogant, massively overpriced.
Avoid at all costs.

β β β β β Friendly and professional service. The carpaccio and tuna tataki are both excellent, great presentation and good dimension of flavours.

β β β β β Friendly staff. The food was ok, but not for writing home about. We went one afternoon for an ice cream and waffle. A small afternoon snack.
When I go to a bistro or restaurant I have a few expectations: Good food, food that stands out from what I can make at home, friendly staff and a calming, relaxing interior fitting to the business.
The food was something I could prep myself at home with supplies from the supermarket. Or it was presented that way. But what bothered me the most was the interior that looked and felt old and dated. Sitting in the interior didn't make me relax and took away from the experience.
To the owners I recommend giving the dark looming interior an update, make it look lighter and fresh, something fitting your location at sea. Try to give the food specially the ice cream a personal touch by presenting it different from neighbouring cafes and restaurants. Would make a large difference.
