 Rented tandems. They were not maintained. Several were even defective. Very disappointing.

Nice afternoon with my friends! Good solid bikes. Highly recommended if you want to explore the region in a sporty way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel goede ervaring gehad met de elektrische fietsen (we huurden er 9). De communicatie verliep vlot en de verhuurder was flexibel. De negativiteit van andere reacties volg ik dus helemaal niet ... topper!
Had a very good experience with the electric bikes (we rented 9 of them). Communication was smooth and the landlord was flexible. So I don't follow the negativity of other comments at all ... great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De tandems waren zeer slecht onderhouden, en na enkele kilometers vielen we al in panne. We namen contact met de verhuurder maar moesten op eigen houtje terugkeren, we waren dus genoodzaakt om Touring te bellen aangezien we geen hulp kregen van de verhuurder. Kortom heel slechte service.
The tandems were very poorly maintained, and after a few kilometers we already broke down. We contacted the landlord but had to return on our own, so we were forced to call Touring as we received no help from the landlord. Overall very bad service.

I live in the US, thought I got a reservation through their website,
But we were standing in front of a locked door, the phone numbers don't answer, a very sad day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented 6 electric bikes to ride from Poperinge to Westvleteren and into France to visit some bars. The bikes we're great. Easy check-in and return at the Hotel desk. The family that runs the shop is very nice!

I recommend electric bike because the way to brewery is difficult. (about 30mins)
