Friendly people with real knowledge of cargo bikes. Finally we found someone who was aware of the technical workings of cargo bikes. Also a very extensive range to test out. Cheers keep it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze eerste kennismaking met Fietspaleis maar onmiddellijk kunnen genieten van hun uitstekende service. De Carqon Cruise liet even op zich wachten maar Fietspaleis heeft ons op weg gehouden met een Babboe. Daarnaast verliep de communicatie vlot en is men professioneel. Misschien niet de goedkoopste (in vergelijking met online shoppen bijvoorbeeld) maar daar krijg je wel Service voor in de plaats en dat is heel wat. Het is voor ons 20km fietsen maar we komen hier voor een volgende aankoop gewoon terug. En over de Carqon: super bakfiets. We hebben een Gazelle Makki in bezit gehad, een Riese&Müller getest maar voor ons staat de Carqon op 1. Heel stijf frame, enorm wendbaar, comfortabel voor de kids, cargo line motor,... nu nog lente worden en het is feest.
Our first acquaintance with Fietspaleis but immediately able to enjoy their excellent service. The Carqon Cruise took a while, but Fietspaleis kept us on our way with a Babboe. In addition, the communication was smooth and the people are professional. Maybe not the cheapest (compared to online shopping for example) but you do get Service in return and that is a lot. It's a 20 km bike ride for us, but we'll just come back here for the next purchase. And about the Carqon: super cargo bike. We owned a Gazelle Makki, tested a Riese&Müller, but for us the Carqon is number 1. Very stiff frame, extremely manoeuvrable, comfortable for the kids, cargo line engine,... now it's time for spring and it's party time.
