Warm, smooth and complete service. Bicycle tucked in without an appointment, prepared for the next day. New spoke, 2 new tires and gears adjusted, all for a very fair price! Top service and customer friendliness, so highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked him in dutch (by leaving a dutch speaker talk to him) and again another time in english by phone to make sure what i wanted. I wanted to diassemble a bike and have it in a box. He removed just the front wheel, the pedals and adjusted the steer to be in parallel with the body (so he didnt detached it) for 20 euro. After i went there he did like it was all ok and then he started and at the end he didnt have the box amd said that he nevwr understood that because he dont speak good english. Unfourtunately for him i make him talk in dutch as well by phone and he agreed upon having the box. He was really a bad deal for us, we lost 20 euro in cash because he doesnt accept cards or wireless card payment. And also he was really doing stuff in purpose like not speaking english when i asked him he showed good skills of english and then he said we didnt understood each other and said i cant do nothing more. So he left me with the bike like that. I had to diassembled it by myself more and find a box by myself. In my opinion was waste of time and money, to remove front wheel, pedals and turn the steer by 90degrees for 20 euro in Gent? Too expensive!!! Even in Netherlands they are cheaper, even in Amsterdam where life is way more expensive than Ghent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive. 20 euro for removing front wheel and pedals and turning steer 99 degrees. He didn't understand my request over the ohone because I ended up going out of his private house box-garage without the bike in the box. Which was something I clearly asked him over the phone in dutch and another time in english. Never call over the phone and always make sure he agree on what you ask otherwise he will profit from saying he dont understand english.
