M	Marius Vinck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 yrs we rented from Fides (=Faith, trust, loyalty, or fidelity) and paid every single month on time!! At a certain point I was ill and my wife kept working while she wasn't being paid any longer. Eventually the company went bankrupt. I explained the situation to the landlord to which she replied, its none of my business, I don't talk about my personal stuff stuff either!! (She even screamed to me at the phone?) Since we had no other choice we decided to move out. Immediately after I handed over the keys they sent letters from lawyers,... Bottom line we lost our deposit, (2 months) paid an extra month, even though we had already left and when she checked the app we paid over 350 Euro's for 3 light bulbs missing and a couple of scratches on the walls.(over €3000 lost) Fides is loyal to their money not to people. Worst experience I've ever had!! If you think you'll never be sick or lose your job, go ahead a rent with this company. I guess you know what they say about karma...
