Impossible de les joindre, une fois arriver sur la sonnerie d attente il vous raccroche 10 min apres .... No response for days, several attempts to contact email, telephone. W	W R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je regrette de m'être inscrit chez eux. Le personnel est inefficace et très malpoli. On attend pendant de longues minutes et ce matin le 9/02/2021 à 10h00 un jeune homme m'a même raccroché au nez. Du jamais vu ! Je vais me retirer de chez eux sur le champ. Même une note de 1 étoile est surévaluée. I regret having registered with them. The staff are inefficient and very rude. We wait for long minutes and this morning on February 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. a young man even hung up on me. Never seen ! I will retire from their homes immediately. Even a 1 star rating is overrated.

I am not happy with the service !!! And since confinement we never manage to have someone on the phone again. I am really unhappy.

Bureau ouvert le lundi jusqu'à 16h mais arrivé à 13h après la pause de midi, on nous dit qu'il n'y a personne pour nous recevoir avec un ton très désagréable et hautain. Aucun effort, même pas un sourire. Vraiment très déçus de l'accueil (la dame blonde aux cheveux courts). De plus ils fument juste à l'entrée, c'est très désagréable de passer dans la fumée puante pour rentrer à l'intérieur. Even 1 star is too much. Office open on Monday until 4 p.m. but arrived at 1 p.m. after the lunch break, we are told that there is no one to receive us with a very unpleasant and haughty tone. No effort, not even a smile.
