Avertit par mail le 18 juin courant, le service client de Festool Belgique, pressentit pour examiner la machine, juge inutile de me répondre jusque là. J'ai un rabot neuf modèle HL 850 EB-Plus dont personne n'ose plus se servir... Encore bravo Cependant le représentant à finit par se présenter, et me convaincre de la conformité du produit. Ik heb 2 keren contact gehad met vragen rond een festool product en 2 maal kende de persoon aan de andere kant van de lijn de producten niet goed en kon die dus niet adequaat antwoorden op de vraag. Van een premium brand verwacht je dat je een persoon aan de lijn krijgt die de producten kent en de opties ervan kan uitleggen zodat je als klant een overwogen aankoopkeuze kan maken. Ontgoochelend! Although the Festool devices are very good, this review is specifically about my contact with Festool Belgium. I have contacted 2 times with questions about a festool product and 2 times the person on the other side of the line did not know the products well and could therefore not adequately answer the question. With a premium brand, you expect to get a person on the phone who knows the products and can explain their options so that you as a customer can make an informed purchase choice. Disappointing!

Na een 2-tal jaar ging de electronica niet meer (automatisch aan met toestel), en nu (8 jaar) brokkelt de (zwarte) plastic er langs kanten af. Nochthans niet dat ik hem voor zwaar werk gebruik ... gewoon in de wagen plaatsen - maar een tikje tegen een andere festool koffer en ... Ik had veel vroeger moeten 'klagen': kreeg prompt meer uitleg en een voorstel om het op te lossen! 6-sterren service! in general very satisfied with one big exception: the midi vacuum cleaner.
