★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben recent in de stockverkoop een buitensofa aangekocht by Feel at Home. De collectie is onberispelijk, maar de service volgt niet de exclusiviteit van hun collectie. De zetel werd geleverd incl het opgestapelde vuil van het ganse seizoen. Het lijkt me een kleine moeite om even het vuil af te nemen. Bovendien werden er extra transportkosten aangerekend (50euro voor een afstand van 10km) en dit op een zetel van 6000euro! Teleurgesteld...
We recently bought an outdoor sofa by Feel at Home in stock sales. The collection is impeccable, but the service does not follow the exclusivity of their collection. The seat was delivered including the accumulated dirt from the entire season. It seems like a little effort to take the dirt off. In addition, extra transport costs were charged (50 euros for a distance of 10 km) and this at a seat of 6000 euros! Disappointed ...
