★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le site web de Fedex est clairement inutilisable, incompréhensible et truffé de bugs en tout genre. Impossible d'envoyer un colis, après 6 essais mes cartes s'en retrouvent bloquées! Ce n'est vraiment pas permis aujourd'hui de proposer un site comme celui la programmé par un débutant. Il faut un identifant, un numéro de compte mais pour avoir un numéro de compte Fedex il faut chercher une bonne heure comment faire pour finalement dire que votre compte n'est pas autorisé à programmer un enlèvement et bien sûr aucun bureau à Bruxelles ouvert... C'est totalement intolérable!
The Fedex website is clearly unusable, incomprehensible and full of bugs of all kinds. Unable to send a package, after 6 tests my cards are blocked! It is really not allowed today to offer a site like the one programmed by a beginner. You need an identifier, an account number, but to have a Fedex account number, you have to look for a good hour. How to finally say that your account is not authorized to schedule a pickup and of course no office in Brussels open. It is totally intolerable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluga skandaliczna! Kurier przyjezdza w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorca nie otrzymuje zadej informacji (ani telefonicznej ani mailowej) ze kurier w ogole ma sie zjawic. W skrzynce porzuca jedynie potargana naklejke przesylki. Poszukiwanie paczki odbywa sie na wlasna reke. Szczerze odradzam, to nie pierwsza taka przygoda.
Service outrageous! The courier arrives at any time. The recipient does not receive any information (neither by phone nor e-mail) that the courier is about to appear. In the mailbox, he only leaves a torn shipment sticker. You are looking for a package on your own. I sincerely advise against it, this is not the first such adventure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FedEx probably has the weirdest way of pleasing their customers. Keep in mind that they will pay your customs for you, put them on an invoice, add some extra money for their good job and then paste it on the side of a box.
One month later you receive a letter stating nothing but an amount you didn't pay. (Not even what you are supposed to pay for)
Two months later you will receive a letter from a collection agency saying you didn't pay.
So in the end, most people lose 3x the amount they should have payed for customs. My advice: don't pay anything, you never signed a contract.
