β β β β β Catastrophic experience, 0 help for non dutch speaker and absolutely no way to contact them, refuse to even speak English on the phone, this is not normal to treat client like this.

β β β β β Expensive company. Friendly helpdesk. However, if you forget to pay, you immediately have to pay administrative costs. People sometimes forget things but obviously, Farys doesn't make any mistakes. This is not a customer friendly approach. A cost free reminder would be more customer friendly and 21st century appropriate!

β β β β β EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT AND UNFRIENDLY CONTACT
We call to follow up on the replacement of a Lead pipe as they came to check and told us to expect a follow up call in the next 2 weeks. As nothing happened, we call and get a very unpleasant person who gets mad at us because we don't give her a client number (sorry we don't remember all clients number for every single company) and she cant find anything. Then she realizes she DID NOT LOOK AT THE RIGHT NUMBER.
I understand why Belgium is often seen as a place with one of the worst customer service in the world. As Belgian, I am ashamed of this and don't understand how there are still companies out there which don't care about their customer experience.

β β β β β Shocking customer service! Refuse to speak English in a rude way when they used to. I feel like sending them a formal complaint about their cold, inefficient customer service staff even if you do speak Dutch with them.

β β β β β Let me put it this way: my apartment is flooded with sewage, and they refuse to help me or even transfer me to someone who can. This city is one of the most multinational cities in Belgium (already a multilingual country) and you're telling me you can't offer help in English (apparently by company policy)??? Not even have a person in your staff whose job it is to do that?? Do better, Farys. No excuses.

β β β β β Bad customer servie. They dont speak english at all. I spoke with them in Dutch and i didnt understand something and i kindly asked him if he could explain just that part in english but he bluntly
refused.

β β β β β Worst company ever. They refuse to speak English and they will charge you like crazy. I just moved out and they want me to pay an insane amount of money.
There is no alternative if you live in Gent, so this company is your only choice. I hope whoever runs this company ends up in jail one day.
