Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis (ca arrive pendant un chantier de construction) mais le gestionnaire a toujours fait preuve de réactivité et de correction, MEME APRES QUE LA FACTURE AIT ETE PAYEE! C'est assez rare pour le souligner, bravo à cette équipe très honnête, absolument à recommander Absolutely impeccable service. We had some small problems (it happens during a construction site) but the manager has always been responsive and correct, EVEN AFTER THE INVOICE HAS BEEN PAID! It's rare enough to underline it, well done to this very honest team, absolutely to recommend

Ils prennent le temps qu il faut pour vous conseiller pour un choix magnifique à un prix très correct. Le show room est une vrai plus value car les expositions y sont nombreuses. Encore merci ! Je demande s'il est possible d'avoir un prix tout compris (chape, caniveau, pose carrelage) on me répond que oui, que j'aurais un prix directement. Puis après avoir donné mes mesures, d'un coup le vendeur met court à la conversation, aucun prix reçu, il me dit que c'est un autre département qui prendra contact avec moi pour le devis. Ok, pas de soucis, je demande quand est ce qu'ils reviendront vers moi, "demain", cela fait plus d'un mois maintenant. J'avais pourtant expliqué que nous voulions faire la terrasse au plus vite. J'ai vraiment ressenti un désintérêt total pour mon projet, peut être trop peu de m2 pour eux ? Ok, no worries, I'm asking when will they come back to me, "tomorrow", it's been over a month now. However, I had explained that we wanted to make the terrace as soon as possible. I really felt a total disinterest in my project, maybe too little m2 for them? Disappointed

Je les recommande vivement! Very good work by the teams at Falzone and excellent follow-up from start to finish by Mr. Rouma, who was able to deal with all the hazards of the site. I highly recommend them!
