Ik kocht hier Aigle laarzen voor €125 die door Aigle zelf aan €85 verkocht worden (en online te vinden zijn tussen de €69 en €85). Ik ging uit van een vergissing maar toen ik hiervoor werd doorverwezen naar de eigenaar van Landtmeters werd ik ronduit onbeschoft behandeld, die verdedigd dat hij vrij is de prijs te bepalen. Ik wens heel graag de lokale en kleine winkeliers te steunen en hier wat extra voor te betalen maar een extra marge van 50% lijkt mij overdreven. Een gemiste kans om hier op een redelijke manier op te reageren en een tegemoetkoming te doen. Helaas want onze ervaring in Falcon Seamen shop was daarbuiten wel positief, super vriendelijk en tof geholpen door een mede-zeil fanate. It is best to compare the prices before buying from this store. I bought Aigle boots here for € 125 which are sold by Aigle itself at € 85 (and can be found online between € 69 and € 85). I assumed a mistake but when I was referred to the Landtmeters owner for this I was treated downright rude, who defends that he is free to set the price. I would very much like to support local and small retailers and pay a little extra for this, but an extra margin of 50% seems excessive to me. A missed opportunity to respond to this in a reasonable manner and to make a compensation. Unfortunately because our experience in Falcon Seamen shop was positive, super friendly and great helped by a fellow sailing fanate.
R	RS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een prachtige winkel. Ik ben er vrij toevallig langs gekomen. Toen ik de étalages zag trapte ik in. En wordt heel competent geholpen bij een vriendelijke verkoopster. Oké, de jas en de trui zijn wat duurder geweest dan in een gewone winkel. Maar hun kwaliteit is uitstekend en vooral zijn ze geen massagoederen. Ik kom hier zeker graag terug toen ik de volgende keer in Antwerpen ben. A wonderful shop. I came across it quite by accident. When I saw the shop windows I fell in love. And is very competently helped by a friendly saleswoman. Okay, the jacket and sweater have been a bit more expensive than in a regular store. But their quality is excellent and above all they are not bulk goods. I will definitely come back here when I'm next in Antwerp.

With this nice experience in mind, I went back to buy a pullover for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. I went and paid 150 euro, but the pullover didn’t fit. So I went back with my boyfriend, he tried several other ones, but couldn’t actually find something to fit. So I asked for a refund. I was surprised to firstly be told that this store doesn’t do refunds. But the lady was nice and she said she’ll check with the owner. I got an sms later saying I can get a refund, but I’ll have to drop 20% as admin cost. I didn’t agree, as such I got the owner phone’s number. I called him and explained that since the gift didn’t fit, I would like a refund without having to pay 20%. He was extremely rude to me, saying that they are not social workers and he couldn’t understand what is wrong with people nowadays. He said: you paid, it’s not my business anymore. I don’t do charity. I was in shock, never got such a treatment from anyone when buying something and I’ll never go to this shop again. Considering how online shopping works, I wonder how these people expect to support local business with this attitude and lack of respect. I totally recommend everyone to avoid it. This person, Noel, is the worst business owner I had the bad luck to come across.
