A	ALAIN CAPELLE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ je suis passé dans ce magasin se prétendant être de la chaine chateaudax, cependant je me suis méfié suite à l'enthousiasme du vendeur et des promotions miracles, aussi, je me suis rendu chaussée de ninove chez chateaudax "le vrai", heureusement par ailleurs qui m'ont confirmé que ces gens utilisent frauduleusement l'enseigne chateaudax afin de profiter de la publicité de la maison officielle afin d'escroquer le maximum de personnes. Un bon conseil, fuyez si vous rentrez chez eux et allez dans un vrai chateaudax, qu'on se le dise. Impossible de récupérer mon acompte pour l’instant mais je ne compte pas en rester là!!! A	As tro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendeur impoli et irrespectueux de la clientèle! une véritable honte de laisser cette personne travailler...on sent clairement qu'on le dérange et il refuse de répondre à nos questions et nous invite en plus de ça à quitter le magasin alors que nous lui avons juste demandé des informations sur un canapé. Nous avons tenté de contacter son supérieur sans succès... à éviter Rude and disrespectful salesman! a real shame to let this person work ... we clearly feel that we disturb him and he refuses to answer our questions and invites us to leave the store when we asked him for information on a sofa . Ils m’ont signalé que ce magasin n’avait rien à voir avec l’enseigne Château d’Ax, que ces personnes utilisent leur nom sans leur accord! C’est tout simplement de la fraude!! Je suis heureuse de n’avoir jamais mis les pieds chez eux car je voulais vraiment un salon Chateau d’ax! Donc soyez prudent et renseignez vous avant d’aller dans ce genre de magasin! Pour info j’ai donc acheté mon salon chez Chateau d’Ax Zaventem à un prix très correcte! Merci à eux pour les informations. WARNING! Le vendeur nous a dit que c’était normal...que c’etait des vieux modèles etc! Alors qu’il avait dit qu’on recevrait un nouveau! Mes parents ont attendu 3 mois avant d’etre Livré au lieu de 1 mois comme avait dit le vendeur! C’est tout simplement honteux! My parents bought a living room there! After 2 weeks the show was completely smashed !! The seller told us it was normal ... that it was old models etc! While he said we would receive a new one! My parents waited 3 months before being delivered instead of 1 month as the seller had said! It's simply shameful!
